I love Virginia, anything to get me out of DC. So I was delighted when my cousins invited me to Fridays to celebrate a birthday. The experience started off great. I was quite pleased because the waiter was attentive, the manager came by more than once to check on us, and things were going fine…until the food came.

There were two screw ups with the appetizers. One person ordered double stuffed quesadillas and what came was far from double stuffed. The Mr. and I ordered a full order of potato skins and they brought a half order. No one complained we just ate and enjoyed. Then the main entrees arrived.

Pros

-They paid good attention to us. The manager was boxing up one appetizer and on the other side of the table the waiter was picking up plates.

- The staff was friendly.

Cons

- There were five of us. Two of us sent our food back.

- The majority of the group was dissatisfied with the quality of the food. Mine was good- well the second order I placed was. (I was one of the people to send the food back and order something else. )

- The first dish I had (Sizzling Chicken and Shrimp) should have been an embarrassment to the staff as it looked NOTHING like what was shown on the menu.
